#10 SMS integration in Hangouts

Imagine what happens when all your SMS and MMS gets integrated into the stand alone app, Google Hangouts? The app will go beyond just being an internet messenger into becoming a single destination for all your communication needs including video chat, instant messaging, and sending SMSs, MMSs. Android Police revealed a screenshots of the new app with the Settings menu that features toggles of turning on SMS and retrieving MMS and also tread of an SMS conversation thread in the Hangouts app.

You might have liked the blue gray Holo theme on previous Android versions, the theme which turned your battery icon and Wi-Fi icon to blue when they are in good healt.  The new theme in Android 4.3 will instead, be a white-gray, which was first seen in a video showcasing a Nexus 5 found.

You may also miss the Android 4.3’s dialer which was a blue numbers striven on black background. The new one comes with white background, blue numbers and blue boundary, and goes hand-in-hand with the People app. It is also in tune with Google's latest design that features flatter surfaces.
